Exercise has always been important to me, whether it’s hiking, going to the gym on a rainy day, climbing,  yoga, skiing, martial arts, biking, dancing…or anything that gets the body moving, mind relaxing and heart beating. Physical activity is a priority for obtaining holistic wellness. It is a leading  prevention for injury and illness, and the best medicine for stress and negative feelings.

Most people don’t feel they have the time, money or energy to be active. However, it is the absolute truth that exercise will increase your reserves of time, money, energy and more! Many of us just need a little help in order to get started on and maintain a healthy fitness routine. Personal Trainers are just the key to doing so!

I am currently becoming a certified Personal Training Specialist through CanFit Pro and plan to continue growing as a professional, by obtaining further training, to compliment my related skills and certifications. I am presently certified as a Top-Rope Climbing Instructor through ACMG, Level 1 and Assistant Over-Night Kayak Guide through SKGABC, a Ski Instructor through CSIS, and have tons more experience and education in an array of outdoor activities.
